@nsteen you did not tell us if you purchased the phone from Verizon or anyone else. Most likely they do not cover screen damage and/or may not cover the ZenFone 2 anymore. Looks like you might be stuck having to repalce it your self. Here is [guide|49986|the guide] for it. A replacement assembly is available for around $20USD at multiple places.
