Not sure if this model has it nor not, my 01 ford F150 has a button on the left side console near the headlight switch that will adjust the brake and accelerator pedal in and out. But if it moving left and right, then it could be the holding frame that is underneath that is loose and needs to be addressed immediately. I would not recommend driving/operating this due to the accelerator could be compromised and allow the vehicle to be stuck in accelerate.
