No power in the right side drive arm

If you’re sitting on the mower the right side arm has no power and does nothing, the left arm is the only one that has power to it which isn’t good cause it only goes in circles now. Before it went to nothing it had very little power even with being pushed ahead all the way. It has 299 hours on it. Is the hydro pump bad on that side?
