I don’t know what actually happened. Last night my win 10 phone was completely dead, only showed that charging screen. Then:

# In morning I plugged it again, Nothing happened. Not even that charging screen.
# After some time (almost half an hour) left plugged, then a bell of new notification came to me. Yes the phone was '''OK NOW.''' I was like Hurray!!!
# NO HARD RESET NOTHING REQUIRED.
