It is probably a faulty battery, considering this was not an issue before replacing the battery.
If you got the battery from iFixit then email/call customer support and ask for a replacement because iFixit stands behind its products well. This should not be happening.
If you did not get the battery from iFixit, get a refund and buy one from iFixit. Getting replacement parts from anywhere else but Apple and iFixit is a roll of the dice. iFixit sells quality parts and if you are not 100% satisfied then they will replace the part/refund the money

Ohh that’s a bummer. Sounds like a Logic Board issue to me. Let’s try SMC and PRAM resets anyway.
