I have this exact problem, except the battery is draining faster every time it is used and put to charge again. I'm disappointed with this product, since I've bought it there were problems, I would never buy a product from this brand again! The screen isn't cracked, nor has it ever fallen yet there's a single key that won't work, the backspace key. The screen is responsive on any other app except on the keyboard. I would advise anyone against this product.
