Phone keeps vibrating and won't turn on

Hello

My phone switched itself off and is now vibrating twice and keeps flashing the samsung sign.

I downloaded an app off Playstore yesterday and everything seemed okay.  But now it is not working properly.

I tried to do a reset but it is still not working.

Help please
