Hello everyone so yesterday I accidentally spilled some water (not much) on my bed near my MacBook Air. The bed absorbed most of the water but unfortunately for me, some seems to have got in it from the right side where the power button and the second USB ports are. The laptop switched off automatically so I cleaned the few drips I had on the side of the laptop took of the keyboard rubber protector (which had some drips as well) and turned it upside down (sideway). It’s been in that position for about 11hrs now and I did not touch it yet I will be leaving it like that for another day for it to completely dry out and I will try turning it back on to see what happens. Not having a lot of knowledge in this matter I wanted to ask more experienced people: Is there anything I did wrong so far? Is there anything I could do that might help at this point ? Aside from taking it to the store which certainly will. Did the same thing happen to anybody else if so how did you handle the situation and how did the whole situation turned out ??

Ps: I can’t open it to take the parts out because I don’t have the tools for that neither do I have the knowledge to do it properly
