Yes encountered the green and white stripe across the screen of my Sony Bravia TV. Simply, I disconnected the power source for about 10 seconds, after plugging it back up  the TV went through the settings and returned to the previous settings without any issues. I am wondering if it is an indication a possible issue with the TV, it is approximately 2 years old.
