I had the same issue in my MacBook Pro mid 2012,  It was working fine when I insert only one RAM in the top slot but when I insert RAM in bottom slot it was restarting improperly again and again, Then I loosen the screws surrounded the RAM slot a little bit and it’s working fine now.
