1986 F-250. wont start

My brother has a 1986 F-250 that wont start. The battery is good, the grounds are good,and we just replaced the starter selonoid. It still wont start. has power to the cab and dash lights and everything in the cab. But still stumped to why it wont start. Any suggestions or comments would really be appreciated to help me diagnose the issue.
