to ensure that power is not the problem, remove the bowl from the base….press one of the “on” buttons. [br]
Take a butter knife and slide it into the slit that leads to the button and depress the small button…the machine should turn on if there is power. Once you know that the power is not the problem , there are 3 points of engagement that have to be in order for the machine to turn on…..one is the bowl to the base (where that small button is) two is the lid to the bowl and three is the feeding tube to the lid….good luck
