Hi,

Have you checked that the Thunderbolt port is enabled in BIOS?

To enter BIOS, press F2 as soon as the Dell logo appears on startup of the laptop.

When in BIOS navigate to ''System Configuration menu > USB Configuration > Enable Thunderbolt port.''

Save the changes then exit BIOS and restart the laptop.
