USB Ports problem (No data transfer)

so i’m trying to install games on my ps3 super slim and it wouldn’t detect my usb thumb drive it’s 16GB ,FAT32 the controllers would charge normally i have tried  this usb drive on my pc and my old laptop both running windows 10 it works just fine i can’t seem to find any answers on google.
