Shut off the Samsung TV using the fire stick power button and now can’t get the TV on with either remote. Changed all batteries and tried Steven Bledsoe’s tip (1st comment) to reset but does this work when the TV is off? Tried the reset process 3 times to no avail! No TV in isolation is not fun…
