It happened to my psp 3001 today , when i turn it off light orange light still turns on and it blinks when i charge it, i think the psp had a bug in the system making it think that its still charging from a/c

I fixed it by pluging it to the pc since it also charges when connected to pc, since the psp "focused on the usb charge on pc instead of the a/c charge system error" and there you go its back to normal.
