How to disassemble Darth Maul 2006 battery pack?

One of the battery terminals in my Master Replica Darth Maul 2006 battery pack is corroded. I am struggling to disassemble it to clean/replace the individual terminal without damaging the battery pack itself. I would prefer not to buy a whole new battery pack replacement as those cost upwards of $60. Any help would be amazing!
