Usually not video output it is a cable problem from the monitors/pc. Just fixed a Maximus Hero gaming pc.  The cable was defective/unknown reasons, and since cable(s) may loose tension over time to correct and fixed: the harddrive’s cables were changed/ and adjusted too. solved.
