Black ink not printing properly when colour is selected

Hi My Device is actually Canon TS3120 printer, When I select Black and white, the document is printing properly, but for the same document when I select colour, the complete document is printing intermittently like seeing the outside through window shades. I have washed the head and everything,  please help me
