My daughter little metal piece broke off in her phone. I was !#^&@@ because she just got this phone for her bday and this phone was a huge upgrade from the phone she had! I used tweezers but I couldn’t grip the metal piece tight enough to where I could just pull it out. Tried it for like 45 minutes straight and was getting madder and madder! As soon as I used the nail clipper to grip the bottom like I wanted to, it popped right out. The phone is still in good condition and is charging just fine!
