An issue with constant paper jam error during duplex printing with no real jam could be cause by misplaced spring in the back cover of the paper feed system, because the paper guide is misaligned. This prevent the paper to go back to be printed on the other side and printer stops and shows the error. After putting the spring in place, now it prints in duplex without issues.
