There are some nice tools, but this seems the easiest way for me.
Just run the command in terminal shell:
sudo powermetrics
be aware that this command requires admin privileges. So if you are logged in and your account has admin privs you are asked to enter your login password. ..[br]
Also notice that the program does not end. So in order to do so you have to close the terminal window or <ctl>C ..
