The previous suspension info was great. But let's try to simplify it and get to it. Check your front end for excessive bounce or recoil. If you can push down on each side of the truck... the front, and it is feels "spongy" and bounces back twice or more, chances are your struts/springs need to be replaced. I'd leave this to a professional. The next 2 things to inspect and/ or replace are relatively simple. Those would be your end links and sway bar bushings. You could do this yourself with the proper tools especially a torque wrench. You wouldn't necessarily have to lift the vehicle but I found it easier to lift the truck slightly and remove the front tires for more room to work especially when you torque the end links. They must be torqued to spec according to your manual. Buy the bushings and end links on-line and are OEM or equivalent and you'll save$. Also get end links with grease or zirk fittings. I went with Moog. I really hope this helps.
