@kn1dafixer disconnect the HDD. It is possible that your drive has failed and prevents your computer from starting up. Also, connect an external monitor just in case your LCD does not work. That way you can see if anything shows. Can you get into your BIOS (probably not if the "Toshiba" splash screen does not come up) but if it shows on an external monitor hit F2 to get into the BIOS. Check out what it says about your drive etc. Also, remove the RAM and see if that makes a difference. Unlikely that this may be caused by a depleted CMOS RTC battery but while you are there, might as well change it as well.
