Multiple profiles on an ipad?

I have read that you can now have user profiles on an iPad. [br]
from what i understand it used to only be schools that were allowed to do this. [br]
[br]
we have tried following Apples own guide on this and its far from easy.. [br]
any of you lot had any experience of setting this up for a business?
