If you replaced the parts and your ps4 still doesn't work it's probably dirty, as a pet owner and smoker I constantly run into these issues, try cleaning the disc entrance so there's no resistance when putting one in, if it still doesn't work you might as well call you local tech repair, if they can't answer your questions you might have to pay to get it fixed
