Watch screen stopped working after swimming in pool

The screen on my watch hasn't been working after a using it whilst swimming.

The screen on my watch hasn't been working after using it whilst swimming.
The watch vibrates when placed on the charging pad and only one button seems to work on the side, it only gives a small vibration when it's held for around 10 seconds.
I've had the watch apart and its been cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, which has made no difference.

Spect either the screen or mother board is unserviceable, but seems strange as there is no visible water damage inside the unit.
