What is the model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop? Knowing this will make it easier to find a replacement screen and to remove the old screen to replace it

That number is not showing any results so the best I can recommend is to use the following links to fix the problem.
Here's the [link|https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/x1_carbon_hmm_en_0b48811_05.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] for the laptop series. (''Note the Machine Types on page 1. e.g. 3443, 3444 etc- hopefully yours is one of these. The MT number should be on the info label on the bottom of the laptop).''
