LG UT90 Headphones Water Damage

Hi, I have a pair of LG UT90 Tone Free Headphones that have been water damaged. The charging case battery no longer holds its charge so need to replace it. Any idea where I can get a replacement battery from? I’ve already tried LG Customer Service who wont provide an out of warranty repair.
