Can I fix the boot loop?

I stucked in boot loop and its not charging anymore but when i connect the phone with charger it turning on but boot loop problem is there. And i also try to get in the recovery mode but i don't get it. I don't have pc. But can you tell me how to fix this issue with pc i borrow my friend laptop and i can fix it.
