I would stat by checking for a vacuum leak which can be done by starting the engine and while it is idling spray starting fluid around the I take manifold on that side and then if the engine doesn't pick up when sprayed try spraying all over in different place on and around the engine where vacuum lines appear to connect. WD-40 will work also.

I would start by checking for a vacuum leak which can be done by starting the engine and while it is idling spray starting fluid around the Intake manifold on that side and then if the engine doesn't pick up when sprayed try spraying all over in different place on and around the engine (except the top of the carb) where vacuum lines appear to connect. WD-40 will work also.
