The Wii U cannot respond because of dent

Hello There! I had my Wii u since Christmas of 2013, but then i gave it to my brother in 2018 then it’s put in the closet since 2019 and it’s 2023 now and somehow the game pad won’t respond to the touch and it’s making the health and safety information icon move and I think it’s because of the dent that’s in.
