Won’t charge/turn on after opening

I opened up my ps3 controller to clean it but it will not hold a charge after being plugged in for awhile, it was working perfectly fine before this and I’ve opened up ps3 controllers previously 🤷‍♂️

The controller did power on, just showed the 4 red lights
