the laptop will not turn on. there is 3.5v at one of the pins for the connector for the ribbon cable that goes to the on/off button. is there a schematic available to show how i can jumper the connector to emulate a button press.

ok i posted the pics. the first is the MB, the second is the C port power connections , and the SMD fuses were not open.
