@karenc80673 this "th screen flickers jut not coming on" sounds like a bad screen. Not sure how hard or where it got hit, but anything is possible. Use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TMh_pKVwRY|this video] as a guide to replace it. Displays are readily available and not to expensive. Just do an online search to find one that suits you.

While you work on your tablet, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
