@smrtwtchcllctr use these guides [[Topic:Samsung Galaxy Watch 3]] to work on it. Clean it with a high grade isopropyl alcohol (nothing less than 95%) but watch the LCD. It may stain if you get any in there. Next to cleaning it, replacing the battery may just help as well.
