@techlord it's not the T-con board and it's not the panel (well in theory it's not). What you have here is that one of the leads in ribbon cables from the LCD drivers has lost contact with the LCD itself. Those are attached via a special process and really can't be replaced by us mere mortals.
-Sometimes, what you can do, is to a. check that particular ribbon and then apply pressure to it and see if your can get the cable to make contact again. If so, get some Thermal pad material. Fold it in a way that iot is just the width of the ribbon cable. Now apply a couple of strips of and use some cloth adhesive tape to apply pressure to the cable.
