Check for dust and blow it out first and see if that helps. More then likely it will not and you'll need to redo the thermal paste on the professor which requires a motherboard removal on these. It isn't complicated but it's time consuming on these.

On these a Phillips #00 does the job for the most part. You may need a #000 for a few small screws but those are not common.
