Flashlight flashes solid when plugged in

I have my s8 opened and replaced the sim card reader and am replacing the battery but when i plug in the battery the flashlight flashes and makes a slight hissing noise.

I think it may be a short but i don't know where to look. Also not all the components are back in the phone the speaker assembly and wireless charging coil are disconnected.

Any suggestions would be helpful
