Why is my Xbox one s turning off after 11 seconds?

I just got this Xbox one s from a seller and he said it was scrap. I wanted to try and fix it so I got it. It said ram on the front but I erased it off with isopropyl. So I tested it and it turns off after 11 seconds after turning it on. I haven’t replaced any parts but there was a missing hard drive so I added one but it still DOESNT WORK. Any answers?
