Some are the same but it also depends on whether they're an HD or FHD display as well.
Here are links to the Lenovo part numbers and hardware maintenance manuals for the T460s (20F9) and the T460 (20FM and 20FN) models.
Click on ''Select Commodity > LCD panels'', to find the part numbers for all the panels that can be used by the models. This may help you to check if the panel used in the T460s is also one of the ones used in the T460. One way to find out what panel is in use is to disassemble the laptop and look for the part number on the back of the LCD panel.
