When you say that Bluetooth "....is not showing in Settings.", do you mean that it is not listed in Device Manager?

To get to Device Manager in Win 10/11, press the Win key + the x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link.
''If there is a red cross next to the Bluetooth entry,'' ***right click*** on the entry and click on ''Enable.''
''If there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the Bluetooth entry,'' ***right click*** on the entry and click on ''Update drivers'' and follow the prompts. You need to be online for this to work.
''If this no Bluetooth entry'', check in BIOS to see if it has been disabled there.
