bench tested with alternate components to make sure the board was doing what it was suppposed to. in place of the reed switch i used another fridge door switch. to make sure i could put it in diagnostic mode flawlessly. this was my setup i also used a different potentiometer which may have been the issue along. with the three leads im assuming that if one was signal . that the potentiometer has a crappy connect5ion within itself. it worked good on my bench so hopefully its the same when i reinstall it
