Try reseating (remove/reinsert) the memory modules in the computer and check if that resolves the problem.

If it is still no good, try inserting ''1 memory module only'' into the DIMM1 slot and then try again. You may have to check all the memory modules this way ''one at a time'' as one module may be faulty.
