@rajp87414 - The batteries manufactured date tells us it was made in 2015! Double check your paperwork if you did buy it 15 months ago I would contact the iFixit store for a replacement.
The battery charge does look good, but I do wonder if the set values are correct (which we can’t see). It’s is where resetting the SMC becomes our focus.

Carefully disconnect the battery and with nothing connected, press and hold the power button to fully drain the logic board of any residual power. Now with the battery still disconnected, plug the MagSafe charger letting the system to spontaneously boot up, let it fully boot and do a clean shutdown. Now plug the battery back in. See if that helps, let us know how it goes!
