I have tried many suggested fixes by the array of information on the internet but still have the same problem of automatic repair loop. Now laptop is starting and in Automatic Repair, then safe mode screen briefly shows, then Diagnosing PC screen, then Attempting Repairs screen, The Automatic Repair screen stating it could not repair the issue, two buttons 'Shutdown' and 'Advanced Options' available. PC will not boot to 'Safe Mode, tried fixes but failed, Tried Command Prompt fixes but failed. Am looking to clear HDD and reinstall all programs and operating system WIN10 and would like to know the steps required. Thank you Brenton
