@fatimazahr72439 try to start your phone in safe mode and see if that changes anything. It is possible that this is software related, maybe a bad third-party app etc. Use the [https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/|Samsung Site] to show you how to get in Safe Mode.
If it works okay in safe mode, you will have to start removing your third party apps until you know exactly which one is the cause. If it still happens in safe mode, then the issue could be a screen issue.

@fatimazahr72439 this doesn't look like flashing the ROM would resolve it. this does look like a bad screen. Replacing the screen will most likely resolve the issue. Since ifixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pA7XQHGyAjU|this video] Replacement screens are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
