+If the chip is on the surface and/or you don’t have the loose piece you could use a black epoxy filler. First taping down the area to protect the rest of the area and limit creep of the area being filled. Keep in mind you may end up with a bump or still have a divot where the hole is. Using a knife to trim it may put the fill out and you don’t want to sand as the glass surface will then get scratched.
