Thanks for the reply. I have been on vacation the last week, during which the phone has rebooted every now and then, but mostly work fine. I didn't really take time to look into it further. However today the phone went completely unresponsive again. Currently I can't even put it in recovery mode, it only shows a black screen. I did manage to safe some crash logs a few days ago. These are some of the first lines:
