cassiolutk, if your screen is still dark, and only visible when illuminated from an outside source, it is your backlight. It is possible that you have a bad LCD, even so you just replaced it. Check the connector on the circuit board for corrosion. Check inside the connector. Clean the circuit board thouroughly with isopropyl alcohol.
